Chrome not working properly?

Note: Please make sure to save or remember any passwords associated with any of the accounts in use.

If Chrome is behaving strange or performing poorly try the following steps to clear the cache. The benefit of clearing cache, Deleting the cache data helps to troubleshoot, helps to increase the loading time of web pages and increases the performance of your computer.

Note: The amount of open tabs affects the time it takes to clear cache.

Please perform the following steps before or near the end of your shift.

STEP 1: Press CRTL + H , it will bring you to the History page where you will see this on the upper left:

 

 

STEP 2: Click on “Clear browsing data” and this prompt will pop up:

                                     (Make sure only the top four are selected, marked by the red dots above.)

STEP 3: Click on “Clear data”, the amount of time it takes to clear data varies. If you’re signed into any Google services you will have to sign in again.
 

(If you had multiple tabs pinned or opened, click on the three dots at the top > select “History”, here you will have the option to restore the previously closed tabs.)
