Scan to Web keyboard issues?

Some users may experience issues typing when using scan to web, like auto completing words or word suggestion. This is mainly due to the table's native keyboard being configured differently. Thankfully we can change that in the Settings menu.

  • With settings open

Navigate to the Language & input option tab, may be found under General Management.

                                                        (The location of this tab depends on the tablet)

Tap on language & input then tap on On-Screen keyboard. Tap on the native keyboard set by default.

                                                    (It may say Samsung Keyboard on Samsung devices)

Once tapped you will be presented with a menu, tap on Text Correction. Inside the Text Correction menu it is advised to toggle off the settings that are on.
Note: If you are using a Samsung device this option is called Smart typing. Tap on Smart typing and toggle off the settings that are on.
