Scan to Web not connecting to MobileSP?

If you are experiencing issues connecting to MobileSP through Scan to Web follow these steps.

  • With Scan to Web open

Make sure that it has the correct IP address at the address bar. The address for MobileSP is, "http://207.173.37.20/mobilesp". If you haven't already, check the, "Make home page" box at the lower left.

                                                          (It will save the address and make it the homepage)

Next tap on the settings cog marked by the red dot.

Swipe down until you see the option called, "Clear Cache".

Tap on it, a prompt will pop up and ask if you are sure. Tap ok, the cache has been cleared. You may need to sign in again.
