Can't find Crystal Reports?

Some users may have switched or had a computer/terminal replaced. If that is the case you may have trouble finding Crystal Reports, as the previous reports you had open are no longer there.

• Make sure to launch ePass

Once inside click Start then click All Programs

Navigate to the top where you can find the following folder called CrystalRShare marked by the red dot.

                                                            (Some users will not have access to this folder)

Click on it and you will see the following window.

From there you can navigate to the desired report you want to see and open it.
