ePass Not Working Properly?
It's common for users to leave ePass running in the background all the time. Doing this can cause ePass to start behaving strange or perform poorly. Thankfully a simple restart can remediate some if not most issues.
- Restarting ePass
To restart ePass inside your Citrix session click on Start then click Log off.
(Appearance may vary)
Once you have successfully logged off, wait 5 minutes and then log back in.
NOTE: Closing your Citrix session is not the same as logging off. Closing the window ePass is running on will actually maintain the same session, if it maintains the same session you will still have the same issues.
(Do not close the window)
