Scan gun displaying, Waiting for Base to Acknowledge...?

**Message: "Waiting for Base to Acknowledge...?"

Meaning:**
This is a normal message, generated when you first establish radio contact. If you continue to get this message and it results in a "Transmission Failed" message, your Radios in Base(Tower) and Terminal(scan gun) are not communicating. Be sure they are on same channel.

• Check the Channel and Terminal ID

First check the channel and terminal ID on the scan gun currently being used.

                                                                                       (Channel:3 refers to Base 3 and Term ID refers to the scan gun itself.)

Note: Any changes made to "Wireless Manager" require the computer to be restarted. Make sure you know the username and password before doing so.
